Consult & Conceptualize

1. Design Consultation

Your journey begins with a private design consultation via video conference or in person at the atelier. This conversation is about understanding you — your personality, your aesthetic, your wedding atmosphere. From there, Angela translates your ideas into hand-drawn sketches and presents a detailed proposal outlining how your vision will be realized.

2. Fabrics

Fabric selection is integral to couture. Angela sources from the world’s finest textile houses — the same suppliers trusted by luxury fashion maisons. If your design calls for something rare or highly specific, she can develop custom fabrics and embellishments exclusively for your gown.

3. Pricing

Once the design, materials, and detailing are confirmed, you will receive a tailored estimate based on the scope and craftsmanship required.

Design & Create

4. Body Analysis and Measurements

Angela conducts a detailed body analysis and measurement session at her atelier. For remote clients, she guides you virtually or collaborates with your local seamstress to ensure accuracy.

5. Mockup Fitting

Following haute couture tradition, a mockup garment is created in similar fabric to test fit and design proportions. You will review this together via video consultation or in-person meeting, refining silhouette and details before final construction begins.

6. Construction

After adjustments, Angela begins constructing your gown in the selected fabrics. Each piece is made entirely from scratch — no prefabricated elements, no archived components, no pre-designed bases.

Fit & Finalize

7. Embellishment

Beading and embellishments are hand-applied according to your specifications. Placement, density, and materials are discussed collaboratively to achieve your exact vision.

8. Final Fitting and Styling

During your final fitting, the gown is perfected. Angela also assists with complete bridal styling — advising on shoes, accessories, hair, and makeup to ensure harmony from head to toe.

Timeline & Philosophy

Each custom gown requires hundreds of hours of craftsmanship.

The full design process typically takes 9–12 months depending on complexity and scheduling.

Angela does not alter existing designs or assemble dresses from pre-made components. Every gown is designed and constructed uniquely for the bride who wears it.

Unsure of your vision? Angela’s 20+ years in couture design, silhouette engineering, and global textiles will guide you to the gown that’s right for you.
